Quality Assurance & Evaluation
In this project, I evaluated and compared online course delivery tools to determine the best platform for implementing my Reading Fluency course. I developed and customized a decision matrix based on learner needs, media requirements, assessment strategies, and course-wide consistency. As the designer, I analyzed each tool using scholarly and professional sources before selecting the most appropriate option. This artifact illustrates my ability to make informed, research-based technology decisions that directly support instructional goals.
In my role as an instructional designer, I developed and applied this QA checklist to evaluate instructional resources for quality, accessibility, and alignment with learning objectives. The checklist addresses key design areas including usability, visual consistency, navigation, instructional clarity, and assessment alignment, and supports continuous improvement by identifying strengths and areas for refinement across a variety of learning materials.
